Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
2 cups canned pumpkin
about half a bag of chocolate chips

1.  Preheat oven to 350° F and grease 3 loaf pans

2.  Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. 

3.  Add oil, eggs and pumpkin.  Mix until smooth.

4.  Stir in the chocolate chips.

5.  Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.  Cool on a wire rack.  This bread freezes well.
